This company does not care about their employees or their patients. They care about the number of patients being seen per day, and they will make everyone who walks through the doors miserable to make sure that number keeps going up. The pay is good, until you realize how understaffed they always are, then the pay starts to not really compensate for the amount of work that has to be done each day. As a healthcare provider, this company has some very questionable values and strategies. It’s very corporate, and everything is about the numbers, not the care being provided to the patients.

Concentra was an excellent place to work to get experience in working with patients and working with coworkers. Good classes to keep updated information on what’s going on in the company and the changes in the medical field. Training is extensive and a lot of hard work. Fast paste environment. Only apply to work there if you are available most of the time and be a fast learner
