Interview process was very easy and straightforward! You are asked about your background information and experience. You’ll do a bit of role play and explaining how to used various operating processes such as iTunes etc. was offered job right away and scheduled for an official offer group interview.

I interviewed for WFH customer service and tech support so once I completed all of the assessments successfully, my interview was done via webcam. The interviewer was wonderful and put me at ease right away so it was more like a conversation amongst co-workers. They ask about your work history and anything they see that may concern them, they'll role play to see how you would handle a difficult customer, ask you to research then explain a technical problem, things like that. My interview was very quick and easy because the answers I gave were quick and correct, and he offered the job right then. He told me what to expect going forward and answered my questions and gave lots of feedback, it was expected to last an hour and I was finished in about a half hour.

There’s a lot of waiting (at least for me). You take an assessment which is a broken down into 5 sections. Then you are taken into a different room and do a face to face interview. I wasn’t interviewed by the decision maker which is a problem for me.

I was interviewed at the one in Farmington, MI. I sat in the lobby area for about 20 mins. The atmosphere is kinda ghetto. Employees use the front door as an entry way so it was very busy in the lobby. I had a chance to see what the staff is like. The dress code isn’t strict so people are wearing anything and everything to work. Not a very professional look.
I just didn’t get a professional vibe throughout my entire experience.

If I am called back for hire I don’t think I’ll accept the job myself.

For the open interviews I did a questionnaire and a typing test which was quite easy. She asked a few questions about job history, how I deal with problems within the job as well as with customers.she asked when is it okay to miss work.I replied NEVER! She then told me the hours of operation and sent tons of emails to fill out.

If you are a work from home looking for the interview process. Just make sure to have a computer if you don't have one because it is a requirement even tho they don't tell you that before you apply after that it's all on webcam.
