Concierge Services, Inc. most certainly does offer the benefits stated including travel rewards to the Caribbean and destinations of employees' choice. Comments dated January ,2018 are simply incorrect. Again, miseducation, poor perspective, many causes for being ill-informed. We are responsible for communicating the truth about our company. 401Ks are offered as well, yet to date only three employees have ever taken advantage of this benefit. Yet, the information is made available to all employees when they are hired and again when they receive their company manual.

By Massachusetts Law enacted in 2015, employees receive five paid sick days per year. Concierge Services, Inc. abides by all laws. All employees who qualify for paid sick time are indeed paid. Not so infrequently with entry level workers, there is a lot of negativity projected toward management of our company and our competitors, but unfortunately this negativity often stems from lack of education. Its more likely the case this individual did not qualify or qualify for as many days as he/she thought he/she was entitled to. I welcome this employee to identify his/her self and review their record with our company.
