Very set in their ways at property level, due to amount of employees that were there pre-Concord. Very hard to get changes accomplished because "we have never done it that way" or "that's not how we do it here". Slowly, as Concord continues to replace the employees with that attitude, its getting better, but can be frustrating. High turnover is directly - more... connected to lazy management that has been in place too long and other "line level" employees that used to be management, but took lower positions to stay at hotel - but still act like upper management and are treated like such. ProsAwesome food for $2, somewhat good work/life balance (depending on department and 'manager')
ConsAfraid of change, very cliquey -- especially old vs new
