Safe and well organized

PPE and other safety equipment were strictly enforced, comfortable work environment. Every part of the job was mapped out accordingly and went as planned. Overall Concrete strategies is a great company to work for .

focused on quality work

Concrete Strategies was a great company to work with. Our management team, superintendent team, down to the foreman and labor group were top notch. the owner was focused on performance but was very concerned for his work force. A kind man with a good heart.
The culture was to get the job done and to get it done right. this is why we planned for the future and had multiple conversations regarding schedule and weather. Delays were always a concern.

Great

Fast-paced and the pay is great.
I learned to pour concrete and even it out.
Time flies when you are working
Only a 30 minute break for 11 hour days, that's the only problem.

Over worked with no compensation

Very unpleasant place to work. Management was cut throat and hours were expected to always be 50 plus a week with no compensations. I would not recommend working for this company.

Good place to work as long as you have work

I started work here in May of 2017, and the work has been sporadic at best, promised 10 years at this plant and they are talking about moving it to a new location.
