This place is a mess. 1. They're currently cutting benefits, like the company match on the 401(k) and the $50/mo. "incentive" for non-smokers. Last time this happened (before the sale to Xerox), they made us take 2 weeks of furlough and cut our salaries by 2%. 2. Annual raises are few and far between. This year was 0-1%. Last year they promised big raises for top performers and then forced managers to reduce the ratings so nobody was eligible. 3. They do not give raises for promotions or internal transfers, so nobody wants to move up to do more work for the same money. But if you refuse the promotion, they'll just call you a "team lead" and make you do the extra work for no money AND no title. 4. Capture pool has been eliminated so there are no bonuses for winning new business. 5. They've been closing & consolidating office locations, often moving into buildings 50+ miles away, which was fine for a while because a lot of us worked remotely. In fact, they were named one of the best places to work remotely. Then, a month later, they announced that all remote work was ending and everyone had to be in the office every day (at the office that moved 50 miles away) 6. They are constantly laying people off and replacing them with people overseas. I was in the middle of a project and half my team disappeared with no warning. 7. They are getting rid of all the offices and going to open floorplan with bench seating. It's physically draining and very hard to get any work done. 8. Google the company name and you'll see they're in the middle of several big lawsuits for breach of contract (like Florida SunPass and Texas Medicaid). 9. There is no stability. They reorg about once a year. That manager you liked? Sorry, you've got a new one now. Or you get demoted. Or promoted (but with no raise). 10. In my office, if you wanted coffee, you had to buy a Keurig pod from the vending machine (or bring one from home), then pay 25 cents to use the machine to heat it up. Seriously, I feel sorry for new employees. I assume most of them are desperate and unemployed because who would leave a good job to work here? I stay because I get 4 weeks of vacation, I work remotely full time, and I'm scared of ending up some place worse.

Too much workload and stress. All the calls had to be done in 3min & 30sec or less. They required you to be a hybrid agent with more responsibilities but same pay.

Poor management, not consistent, do not get raises as promised or bonuses, not flexible with everyday life. Horrible pay. The management do not care about employees well being.

I understood the task and implemented the role/goal. Great place to work. Wish the employees have benefits for parental leave. It takes awhile to accumulate pto.

Pay has slowly increased with cost of living, but the metrics and expectations set by management are sometimes unreasonable. Micromanagement is becoming more and more common in all areas of the job. These extra tasks put more workload on the employee and in some cases, cause the employee to miss goals set by the higher ups. There's big inconsistencies in policy and/or enforcement of those policies depending on who you supervisor is.Advisors are asked to do way too much with the tools given to them, You're expected to meet certain metrics, which are sometimes impossible with the near constant system issues and restrictions place on advisors, Lots of things need approval by management ,which can make them take longer than the higher ups want
