Positive at first then filled with dread. It seemed like a very positive environment, with growth opportunities, but it's not that way at all. Supervisors encourage team members to find ways to cut calls short and so, if you're a person who takes pride is actually helping the caller, you will find out you are not valuable to your team. You will be ostracized, maybe even physically, such as placed as far away from where people can see you or help you as possible. Floor walkers will ignore you and walk past you, knowing the longer you get no help, the longer your calls, the worse your handle time will look. This is a vicious environment where management constantly is creating contests and games to ever increase the pressure on the reps' to turn against each other. I've never worked in a place like this, something out of an Orwell novel.

After the group interview if they call you one by one you didn’t get hired. I was overqualified and didn’t get the job so don’t feel bad. Not worth the pay
