10... they require mandatory overtime 2 hours a day and sometimes on the weekends as well. They don’t tell you these things when you sign up.

You cant work more than 12 hours a day, 60 hours per week and 6 days per week. overtime is usually always available depending on ramp of phone calls. and if you will out ADAAA they work with you tremendously! the job im on is supposed to be full time and they have me part time until i am back on my feet. if you need schedule changed supervisors always work with you. i work from home so it might be different from their actual office.

They give you two tests, one is about 10 basic math questions (extremely easy) and then you have to write a letter congratulating a co-worker who got a management position that you also applied for. After that, you have your first interview. She explained the position to me and asked about my previous work experience and accomplishments. She thought I was qualified for the position and moved me onto the second interview the same night. In the second interview, a different woman discussed the pay structure and that was pretty much it. After that, I filled out the application on the computer.
