Why. Because it was all bogus. Incentives? You can win a few dollars if you make the company a few hundred. Oh and that money you can win, sont expect to see it this year. Constantly pushing numbers(numbers that are prioritized over customer service). Being told all the training was to be disregarded by management. Constantly being told that getting their money was more important than customer satisfaction. The company has all these "policies" none of which protect the employees. Experienced a personal tragedy. No grievance time. Still expected to be on the phones. Following the funeral. Over all. Working with conduent felt like indentured servitude.

Ly off all OM’s and all the way down to the supervisors. They need to then be placed on a no rehire list for Conduent for abuse of power. Remake the schedule so everyone has weekends off and holidays(people will live a day or two without their phones).

You cant work more than 12 hours a day, 60 hours per week and 6 days per week. overtime is usually always available depending on ramp of phone calls. and if you will out ADAAA they work with you tremendously! the job im on is supposed to be full time and they have me part time until i am back on my feet. if you need schedule changed supervisors always work with you. i work from home so it might be different from their actual office.

After the group interview if they call you one by one you didn’t get hired. I was overqualified and didn’t get the job so don’t feel bad. Not worth the pay
