They don't drug test. We had a drug addict in our training class...would sit there giggling to herself, have loud outbursts, got up, slapped her keyboard, stormed out...we were all super uncomfortable. They finally got rid of her after she got up, paced around the classroom glaring at each of us. This place reeks of pot and people blaze up in their cars during break. Horrible.

Flexibility is the keep today and tue future. Stop with the crazy points when you out, people get sick at no fault of their own. You create a hostile environment and promote people to come the work I’ll. Wish is not good in a call center easily spread. Have part time position, and flexible schedule. No over lap of duty from agent1 to 2 or 3 it should be clear the duties of each level. People need to be comfortable clean it up.

Mandatory overtime five days a week and constant begging to work on your days off, then if you don't volunteer, they take your days off away and force you to work six days a week. This is something they don't tell you about before you sign up, by the way.

Usually 40 hours a week. However, the nigh shift would always get hours cut. We would get sent on two hour lunches or sent home early.

This will vary by location and line of business. As technical support chat advisors we did not receive sick time or vacation, all time off had to come from accrued PTO. No PTO was earned until at least 90 days from start date and then it accrued slowly at about one hour per week. Doctor’s notes were not accepted.

No interview at all. I applied and about six weeks went by and I got emails saying I was hired. Which I thought was weird.

I was waiting for an email or anything at all for over month before I heard anything out of Conduent, after my final interview!

It takes patience. Lots of it. I applied online for a tech customer service from home position from at Conduent. I am very excited as this is my dream job.
