TL dont follow the rules. they always sleep at work, watch movies and using cellphone only for facebook also they cant answer our query regarding on our task. No monthly meetings, they gave us memo even we are late due to typhoon.

There is no growth opportunity. Internal company culture is oppressive and employees are constantly reminded of potential for disciplinary action. Bonus incentive program should be relabeled Bogus Incentive Program as they change the rules of the game to company advantage. Employee skills are not valued.

Old cheap building... always causing people to sneeze and cough. Lousy training. No one cares about their underlings. IT guy was nice.

Them prompting people that have been with the company less then a year, insted of loyal employees that have been there multiple years. It's a popularity contest, and a cool kids group. I see advisors in high technical levels that have been there for years and have still not been prompted. Why would I stay so I can suffer the same fate, and be stuck on calls like them. They treat them like trash by promoting stupid people that know next to nothing.
