No raise, no advancement, fooled into doing others work, fool to worked days you prefer not to, the people in charge only care about the work getting done, PTO if full time, overworked, overworked hours, little pay, no vacation time for a long time. Etc.

Was hired under false pretenses, was told I'd receive 4 week training class, my actual training was sitting waiting till someone had time for me, no computer access to practice, no system training...week 3 I'm on my own. Ask questions get no response, or I'm busy, documents refer to 2015 processes.
A compliment to Conduent for their success but there's a gap (medium risk) between Top management and their reps. Top Management should show face to their reps. Hear the reps, listen, engage, stop micromanaging and respect your employees. You never say thank you to the employees. Bottom line you need to give to get back, remember those at the bottom.

So many problems with this place I don't even know where to start. Supervisors constantly stressing you about your surveys and yelling at you in front of your coworkers. Very unprofessional! They're very nitpicky on how your calls are handled and always find something you're doing wrong. Back to back inbound calls about various issues from billing to service problems. Angry Verizon wireless customers calling to take all their frustrations with Verizon out on you. Always having to clean up the mess that happened at a verizon store from the sales people that work there giving out "FREE" jetpacks or tablets. If your call goes over 8 - 12 minutes they will come around and bother you and ask you what is taking so long and rush you to get off the call. Not worth the 12.25 an hr pay when other centers pay 15+ for the same type of work. What a joke. This place caused me to have anxiety through the roof and I would have chest pains every day from the stress it caused. I had to quit because it simply was not worth compromising my health and I am 100% happy I did. I could go on.. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone!!

It was the worst company I worked for in my 40 year career! I was in a leadership role. The discrimination, bullying snd harassment runs rampant and unless you have a bunch of witnesses or written proof, HR does nothing. The culture here is awful. I was treated well with raises etc..., but I can’t even count how many times I have seen this company treat employees poorly.

Benefits are awful.
401k pays out annually
Raises are miniscule or don’t happen at all
There is a total distrust of leaders.
Offices do not look or feel professional.
Absolutely no perks, except a paycheck!

The economy is good, look elsewhere!
