Was hired under false pretenses, was told I'd receive 4 week training class, my actual training was sitting waiting till someone had time for me, no computer access to practice, no system training...week 3 I'm on my own. Ask questions get no response, or I'm busy, documents refer to 2015 processes.
A compliment to Conduent for their success but there's a gap (medium risk) between Top management and their reps. Top Management should show face to their reps. Hear the reps, listen, engage, stop micromanaging and respect your employees. You never say thank you to the employees. Bottom line you need to give to get back, remember those at the bottom.

So many problems with this place I don't even know where to start. Supervisors constantly stressing you about your surveys and yelling at you in front of your coworkers. Very unprofessional! They're very nitpicky on how your calls are handled and always find something you're doing wrong. Back to back inbound calls about various issues from billing to service problems. Angry Verizon wireless customers calling to take all their frustrations with Verizon out on you. Always having to clean up the mess that happened at a verizon store from the sales people that work there giving out "FREE" jetpacks or tablets. If your call goes over 8 - 12 minutes they will come around and bother you and ask you what is taking so long and rush you to get off the call. Not worth the 12.25 an hr pay when other centers pay 15+ for the same type of work. What a joke. This place caused me to have anxiety through the roof and I would have chest pains every day from the stress it caused. I had to quit because it simply was not worth compromising my health and I am 100% happy I did. I could go on.. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone!!

It was the worst company I worked for in my 40 year career! I was in a leadership role. The discrimination, bullying snd harassment runs rampant and unless you have a bunch of witnesses or written proof, HR does nothing. The culture here is awful. I was treated well with raises etc..., but I can’t even count how many times I have seen this company treat employees poorly.

Benefits are awful.
401k pays out annually
Raises are miniscule or don’t happen at all
There is a total distrust of leaders.
Offices do not look or feel professional.
Absolutely no perks, except a paycheck!

The economy is good, look elsewhere!

The reason I would leave Conduent it is because of supervisor really stressing you out to offer promotional services, when you are trained or not properly trained as a Video Tech Support just help the customer of what their issues are, that is why they trained you as a Video Tech Support not to ask customer, who are already upset about their cable box not working properly. They might as well clearly stated in the job description that you have to try to sell the products. Maybe I missed the job description!!!!

This is the MOST unprofessional place I have ever worked. They have only high school graduates as managers. They do not understand empathy. They ARE discriminatory against disabilities. I have lost 80 percent of my hearing and now require hearing aides. When I first told them I had a hearing problem back in November it was nothing but harassment after that. I am also 63.

Treated as an adult instead of a kindergartner, better pay, I would get my life back, working double shifts (6am to 12am) every Mondays gets old quick. i have steadily gone further in debt working here because Im on RBC. Working 131 hours a pay period and Im still getting further in debt. They will not tell you how RBC works, all they want is for us to meet their monthly goal with the client so they can get their bonus. You have to ask your supervisor if and when you can make a doctors appointment. Do NOT work here.

Leadership is very unprofessional, unorganized, rude, intimidating and clueless. They always said do as I say, but don't do as I do, as if someone was beneath them. Also, the environment was very nasty, dirty and unsafe, people were stealing purses, fighting and throwing chairs. Management would stand in the middle of the room and yell, they would dance and horseplay while you work hard and threatened employees jobs. There were people there with health conditions that was told that they couldn't take a restroom break. Many of the supervisor was demoted back to senior team. So much illegal stuff goes on there to include the way high turnover and nobody's properly trained. They monopolize all of your time. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
