The work environment are very bad. There no supervisor to watch the coworkers. The workflow Celia and Tina are very, very bad!! They need to go! Some of the coworkers are talking a lot very loud and no doing their work. Radio with high volume in the department and reading with the cellphone within working hour.

To be honest, I would leave because the job already served it's purpose for me. Conduent (previously Xerox) is all about stats. The job is very stressful and if you are a person with depression and/or anxiety I highly do not recommend this job. It is not worth the health risks it may bring. This job is merely a stepping stone and a experience lesson on what it is like to work a call center job—it is high paid, high turnover for a reason.

I would leave because the pay is horrible, I feel like they throw you on the floor without proper training, they have so many rules I can hardly keep therefore your left to walk on eggshells so you won't do anything wrong, and they expect you to know everything in a weeks time

There is no room to grow, which causes most employees to leave and which causes the production rates to go up. The work load goes up but you never get a raise.
