I am a former employee, with no write up disciplinary actions or anything, no marks in my work record with Cone Health at all, I left Patient Accounts after 4 years and transferred to a company that Cone was a part owner of, I worked a three week notice, and have been trying for the past year now to get back on with Cone even get my old job back which they had two or three openings for and I helped train all the people on my old team, but gave been denied fir every position I have applied for and I am eligible for rehire it's been verified, all I get is denial, I did find out that Cone us mostly hiring Novant people, why U gave no clue, there is no way they are more qualified than me for all these positions and especially my old job, 90% of the jobs I have applied for I have never heard back from, Cone Health really needs to rethink their hiring process and do it wuicly as they are losing very qualified people that are trying yo get on with them but being rejected at every turn, they also need to look at their turn over in employees, hey peoe in upper management WAKE UP!!!

I applied through indeed and received a phone call the following day from a recruiter. I informed them that I would be moving in a months time from Florida and that delayed my hiring process a bit. By the time I moved, I already had the job. Would have started earlier if they wouldn't have waited for me.
