I applied through indeed and received a phone call the following day from a recruiter. I informed them that I would be moving in a months time from Florida and that delayed my hiring process a bit. By the time I moved, I already had the job. Would have started earlier if they wouldn't have waited for me.

It did not take too long. However, I have been interviewed (by phone and in person), passed a data test, and am willing to be very flexible. I have an excellent resume, experience, and a bachelor's degree. From what I have seen, friends and family get the jobs. I am not sure how professional the management teams really are, or what they are looking for. I have read about the managerial problems right here on Indeed.com. I am now hesitant to accept if I were offered.
