Smaller family owned company, owners are good people who genuinely care about the people that work for them. Insurance, 401k and vacation were offered to all employees. When I started with the company I knew nothing about tile, the company sent me up to their headquarters in PA for 5 days for some basic tile 101 which was nice. My branch manager was everything you could ask for in a manager - knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and really made it easy to love the job. Felt like family, and came with the same problems families generally have; gossip, constructive critisim taken personally and a tenancy to take advantage/ be taken advantage of. Hard work is noticed and praised by management but very few options for advancement.

Family Owned Company who takes care of employees as their own!

Management is very easy to work with and for, open to suggestions and flexibility without micro managing! Coworkers are a great, friendly, and overall caring crew. We have fun while getting the job done! Good benefits and vacation.

Smaller company with friendly coworkers. Management is accessible. Good opportunities for advancement - the company tends to promote from within. Good place to build a career in sales.

When it's slow you work inside the warehouse as a hired driver and if you dont have 36 hours in it comes out of your vacation pay worked a 4 day work week

fun meeting new people on the route. skids could be heavy but people willing to help. enjoyed the work and the driving time. made own route plans to run
