Fantastic Culture, Family environment

I worked at Conexess Group for a little over 1 year. I learned a lot in the time I was there and really enjoyed the team, the relaxed culture and "family" environment. The only reason I left is because I was approached with an opportunity with another agency that offered a more defined career development plan, a higher base salary and promises of advancement to leadership in a different capacity than Conexess could offer.

Pros

Culture, happy hours with the team, incentive trip, yearly company retreat, flexible schedule, not micromanaged, fair commission plan

Cons

almost too relaxed, leadership not setting much structure, no career development plan discussed

just another temp service

Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) – Ann Arbor, MI – June 20, 2016

Don't expect too much. It's just a temp service. It's just another staffing agency, which means it's only for the most desperate of desperate situations.

Pros

The paychecks didn't bounce.

Cons

No job security. No advancement. No warning of sudden layoffs.

Work/Life balance is extraordinary; popcorn machine

I do contract entry for a prestigious employer and the management is very professional and helpful. Co-workers are very friendly and quick to lend a helping hand.
