It took me my first time a week to get everything in order.

I applied for about a year before being hired. CH hires family members and from inside whenever possible.

The interview process was fine. I was called back for a second interview and told that if the position I was hired for did not work out for me that they would place me into another, easier, coding position. The position was working out great for me (but unfortunately I knew too much -- I have a medical background and offended one person, two (the Manager) who did not like that I knew how to code things like anterior wedging, multiple nodules on a thyroid (goiter), etc.
