Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Moses Lake, WAMay 22, 2018
All in all, I found working at Confluence Health stressful. I feel the management is very poor, the environment is not a friendly one, and there was no appreciation of a good worker.

Wonderful Co-workers
Receptionist (Current Employee) –  Wenatchee, WAOctober 17, 2015
Every day is a fast-paced environment working with wonderful co-workers. The most enjoyable part is meeting and serving our patients. The hardest part of the job is tracking the ever-changing insurance policies.

I am currently a float receptionist at Confluence Health. I have been working here for over 2 years. As a float, I have been trained in every department of the clinic. I cover every department when they need someone to fill in. The clinic is a great place to work, friendly staff, and excellent patient care. The hardest part of my job is transferring to different departments daily, sometimes multiple times a day.
Pros
Friendly, hard working staff, excellent patient care
Cons
Transferring to departments daily, not having a permanent home in the clinic
