Two over the phone and one in person interview. I applied for a position at a local hospital in OC last minute the offered a position in LA county. Make sure to make it clear what locations you are willing to work at. Full disclosure is lacked by the company. There should be no surprises upon offer.

2 face to face interviews. Phone call that I was chosen for position about 2 weeks later. Background test, Immunizations, urine drug screen, and called references. Do online paperwork. Whole process takes about 6 weeks.

HR focused on skills and pre-test administered. Second phone interview was with department manager and was relaxed and informative. Resulted in a verbal job offer 3 days after that!!

Depends I believe on the supervisor I had a phone interview the first time received offer after. Being rehired this supervisor has an actual peer interview where she pulls 2 employees to interview from where you would be working. Awesome idea
