Two over the phone and one in person interview. I applied for a position at a local hospital in OC last minute the offered a position in LA county. Make sure to make it clear what locations you are willing to work at. Full disclosure is lacked by the company. There should be no surprises upon offer.
2 face to face interviews. Phone call that I was chosen for position about 2 weeks later. Background test, Immunizations, urine drug screen, and called references. Do online paperwork. Whole process takes about 6 weeks.
HR focused on skills and pre-test administered. Second phone interview was with department manager and was relaxed and informative. Resulted in a verbal job offer 3 days after that!!
Short skills over-view over phone with HR, presented to management then scheduled for 2nd phone interview with supervisor. 30 minute casual conversation resulted in job offer 3 days later!
The rep will meet with the department Manager and supervisors to go over their knowledge.

Depends I believe on the supervisor I had a phone interview the first time received offer after. Being rehired this supervisor has an actual peer interview where she pulls 2 employees to interview from where you would be working. Awesome idea
You will interview with one or more supervisors. their will also be a second interview if you are selected. you will receive a phone call with offer. sometimes an phone interview will be done as well.
