Conlan Tire has been a dream come true for me. From the beginning they have treated me with respect honesty and support. When I interviewed, I did so with three different senior employees that have been with Conlan tire from the very start. I was blown away with the way that they wanted to know about my morals and my family life. A day after the phone calls and the interviews, I received a phone call from the owner himself Alex Conlan. He expressed to me how he wanted to create a business not only for the customer but for the employee and their families. I have been in this business my entire life with three different companies, and have held upper management positions. I have never seen or heard of a company of this magnitude when it comes to caring about who you are as a person and how your career/income effects your family life. In the beginning I believed that it was too good to be true, a five-day work week Saturdays and Sundays with my family, paid time off and an amazing salary. But when I received a phone call from the owner , he sold me on Conlan Tire. Alex wasn't trying to sell me on working for the company , he simply talked to me like a human being and ended up selling his self. In today's age you can't/won't find a better company to work for. The moral and ethical values behind this company and the people that work for it is second to none. They really do treat you like family. They have a passion for what they do and believe that every employee is valuable, to the success of Conlan Tire. My family and I are very grateful for the endless opportunities and support Conlan tire continues to provide us with. This is not just a job it is a career and God willing I will retire here!

Awful work environment, micromanaged with very confusing and changing rules. You won't be valued for your skills but for your grade of submission, and Gossiping all over the place, even in management positions. Disrespectful treatment from superiors. Not recommended at all. It was a nightmare working there.

Easy work but it gets hot. Most management is unqualified and the higher ups play hard with favoritism. Lack of communication. Lots of false promises to get you to work harder for a reward that was never there. Great place if your desperate for a job, but no long term future here unless you know .management before getting hired.

Good job but management could be more appreciated of employees. Other then that I liked the people I worked with and completing my work goals everyday
