The job itself is labor intensive and I can handle the labor and the heat that comes with it but the management lacks communication with its workers adding unneeded stress.

The management is complete trash you should expect favoritism, if you’re not a yes man your gonna have a hard time. They will hold meet to tell you what you’re doing wrong but once the tables are turned they won’t hear any of it. PRAY you don’t get the table station you will live and die there!

A typical day-to-day consisted of handling many different tasks such as, assisting salesmen, upper management and on the fly customers. Personally, I learned how to expand my knowledge of different computer programs; Salesforce, Madden Co. Excel ect. The culture of the company was great, working with a strong team made all the difference. What I found most challenging was prioritizing what was most important vs what could wait, but that is something that I worked on and felt that was getting better. The most enjoyable part of my job was building relationships with customers, outside vendors, and my own team between our Mid-West Locations.

They paid well. But most of the floor suprevisors in the cap shop and mount and dismount area were untrained and unqualified. The service shop stood out the most to me though, they have always had great service managers and warehouse managers at the mulberry site. Front office is pretty much uninvoled with employees which is good and bad. All and all Fair company .
