I guess there ok just unorganized with getting you out in time, poor vehicle maintenance,there's a lot of loading and unloading by hand poor equipment

Zero work life balance.

Expect to work at least 12 hours a day. More if they make you go on call. You will be working your body hard with heavy tire and wheel assemblies. Did not feel even remotely noticed at work, positive or negatively.

good place to work if you want hours, decent pay

over all i was satisfied in the sense that you were given plenty of hours for the week, however as a cdl class A driver at that company you were very under valued, the management would talk behind your back and tell you your too slow even though the loads never went out on time. you were always late even with loads going to Miami Jacksonville, Tallahassee you would be sent out very late to the start of the day then were blamed for slow delivery and pick up times.

Things move, no mistreatment. HOT!!!

It's hot and dirty. Your dealing with used tires being retreaded, it will be, hot and dirty. Pay is reflected per skill.Hours are standard with Saturdays added now and then. Some higher times will be 10 hour days.

Management has a lot to be worked on.you are more like a number at that place but up management really don't care about employees that is my experience there
