It's a bit unorganized and the interviewer is constantly readjusting or reading from something. There are questions about your resume, stability, and what experience appears to be lacking. There are questions requiring an explanation on what led to previous positions ending. Another portion of the interview is spent discussing company policies. They inform you of the call center point system and how it leads to termination. For example, regardless of presenting a doctor's note, if you don't have available time off it's a point. The schedule is also communicated as mandatory weekends with 1 weekend off a month. It ends with the interviewer stating how you will be reached should you be hired.
