This company is a joke. Customer's are being taken advantage of, they are lied to from the beginning. The warranty is not being honored as it should, the call center managers do not take manager calls, delivery team managers refuse to take manager calls. The customer is never taken seriously and the agents could care less about setting up the service ticket correctly. The dispatch team does not schedule as they should, all emergency calls such as non cooling refrigerators and AC units/ gas leaks/gas odors are supposed to be scheduled within 24-48 business hours and the dispatchers do not care, they schedule the call 1-2 weeks out. I worked with the company for 11 years and it is just getting worse. There is so much more but i will stop here.
