It's a great company to work for, it's in the suburbs and has free parking in a large lot. Stays competitive with the larger health plans, the goal is to help members get the care they need. Some positions are being outsourced to Cognizant now.

I worked at Connecticare for almost 3 years. Started as a temp, was hired after 4 months. Personally I thought the audit scoring that would be missed and held against you for 1/2 a point was insane, but overall I loved working there. The training was great! The people work great and My Manager was wonderful. I no longer work there but I learned a lot as an employee about healthcare and managing my own health. Thumbs up for my experience there!
