The employer atmosphere did not welcome change and new ideas. Many of there legacy systems was very old with no clear roadmap towards enhancing and moving there IT infrastructure platforms to the 21st century. The IT culture did not endorse new ways to enhance the business by adopting new technologies and business applications. The primary focus was based on a "keep the light's on mentality.
Started to bring in new Leadership with a vision.
Too many people who resisted a better way to improve the business.
