Full Time Employee (Former Employee) –  ConnecticutNovember 9, 2018
Leadership here is awful. From the president on down there is no leadership. The culture here is awful. Too many reorgs to mention. No follow thru. No execution. Morale is horrendous. No investment toward the future.

Multifamily Housing Development Loan Officer III (Current Employee) –  rocky hill, ctSeptember 22, 2015
This organization lacks leadership and dedication by management which trickles down to front line employees. They should follow through with what they say they are going to do about improving morale and job growth.

Lead IT Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Rocky Hill, CTJanuary 28, 2015
The employer atmosphere did not welcome change and new ideas. Many of there legacy systems was very old with no clear roadmap towards enhancing and moving there IT infrastructure platforms to the 21st century. The IT culture did not endorse new ways to enhance the business by adopting new technologies and business applications. The primary focus was based on a "keep the light's on mentality.
Pros
Started to bring in new Leadership with a vision.
Cons
Too many people who resisted a better way to improve the business.
