Part time MSR (teller) (Current Employee) – Hamden, CT – May 16, 2019
kind of slow , kind of busy. depends on the days. its a nice job if you like to sit down all day and stare at a screen. its not too bad once you get the hang of things it stats to become pretty easy. don't get me wrong the job is stressful though because you have to meet goals.

As a NAR, they definitely work you to death but the company is growing and striving for the best. Career advancement is slim but benefits are good. You learn a lot working here and it provides some great networking opportunities if you're frontline. Do not expect to make a career out of this but at least build your resume. Great stepping stone!
Rewards, Benefits, Appreciation MVA, tries to be a good working envirnonment, free lunches sometimes, free coffee
Stressful, goal-oriented, not enough pay for the stress, systems not up to date, career advancement, favortism
Financial Needs Specialist (Former Employee) – North Haven, CT – March 31, 2018
worked in the call center for a very short period of time. made sales goals and was approached about a promotion even though i was only there for a couple of months. no one took accountability for their work, entire depts disappeared for meetings at a time, you couldn't look things up bc their intranet and policies were archaic. wouldn't recommend to anyone. friend who worked there after I left said the same thing.
Assistant Branch Manager (Current Employee) – North Haven, CT – February 1, 2016
On a daily basis I work with anywhere from 10-20 different level officers throughout the company. I also work with a minimum of 15 members, new and current, on a daily basis, which allows me to see many different people and put all of my knowledge to the test.

Connex is overall a very nice company. The hours are very reasonable, starting pay is right on par with where it should be, and overall the management team is fairly solid. While Connex is a small company it does recognize good employees and will try and help them move up whenever possible. Connex gives you the ability to make decisions and is not a place to work if you are looking to have your hand held. Most people work hard and the ones who don't often don't last long.
Good hours, solid pay, reasonable expectations and goals
Senior Accountant (Former Employee) – North Haven, CT – June 13, 2013
Spent a few years working there, Finance department was good but lacked the team work and they are very relax. No sense of urgency. Financials were done in a clean manner. Management disconnected from staff but I guess that is almost everywhere.
