Insurance Agent in Sandy, UT

You talk to people trying to enroll into Medicare supplement plans or advantage plans. Sometimes you get grumpy or rude customers like any other call center. Have to be familiar with Medicare terms
General Lines Agent (medicare) in Austin, TX

I've worked for connexion point since august, and was training for AEP with medicare. Its a company that gives very little direction, but expects you to perform at 100% with minimal training. I am not a fan of the call center jobs, but took this one for the experience and out of necessity. Constant breaking equipment, that they provide.
Enrollment Specialist in Sandy, UT

Hired way to many people during the busy season making it hard on staff. They were stressed and overwhelmed with training over 25 people at a time to figure out how to navigate complex computer programs and keep everyone on the same page but If you. Can handle all the training chaos .they will pay for you to become a licensed agent if your perform well.
Medicare Sales Agent in Pennsylvania

No benefits. No pto which is tragic if you have children. Communication sucks. Callers be on the phone for excessive amounts of time while we wait for assistance from leadership with questions or protocols. Training is is short and lacks thoroughness which is why customers are on hold excessively while we wait for answers to stuff we didn’t learn in training, or wait for tech or direction. Plus side is, never on camera ever at any point, all voice communication.
Insurance Agent in Provo, UT

A good starter job for a new insurance agent. Simple day to day task with too much supervision. The focus should be on how to navigate the systems. There are many chiefs that should be Indians.
