Member Experience Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Durango, COJuly 5, 2018
Overall Conservation Legacy is good to work for. I was contracted for a year and while my position was not very concrete many people really enjoyed it here. The organizational culture is great if your into conservation and the outdoor life.

Pros: Happy co workers, try to keep it fun, good work life balance
Cons: Pay rate, clicky, limited advancement

Conservation Legacy allowed me to work in a competent environment with a team of people who truly cared.
AmeriCorps VISTA Leader (Former Employee) –  Durango, CONovember 30, 2016
While working with Conservation Legacy I learned to manage and work along with a team from a great distance. The supervision I received was appropriate for the tasks I was assigned. I most enjoyed working directly with my team members and learning how I could better serve them.
