Hard-core accountability required!
Credit Counselor and Client Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLOctober 13, 2017
Intense, detail-driven work with little or no room for error. Systematic in its metrics. Initially, it felt like the smallest "large company" I've ever worked for. In other words, you won't get lost in the shuffle, but the company's range is huge. Unfortunately, this phenomenon faded over time.

Attempts to make the work day productive and fun happen often, however they rarely make up for the crushing pressure for absolute perfection that the job entails.

Less than 10% of new hires make it through training; and according to management, this is done on purpose. Middle management is coolly efficient, and is always "company-first," Little thought is given to what is best for their employees.

Not a place for a creative thinker. Their ideas and vision for the future are firmly "in the box." The company is nearly 25 years old; and their standards prove that. You must fit the ruts in the road. If you don't care about creatively finding the best path for you, then the job may work for you. I will say, many employees there have 10 - 20+ year careers with the company; however, if you're not willing to "drink the proverbial Kool-Aid," look elsewhere. They will use you up.
Pros
Good benefits, comfortable office, known throughout North America.
Cons
Razor sharp perfection required. The Company is afraid to think differently

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLJune 5, 2017
Busy atmosphere assisting clients with debt problems. A great job for the person who likes to help people get out of serious financial problems and also learn along the way to manage their own finances. Strong support by management and opportunity to grow. Company has been around for over twenty years and there is no sign of stopping.
Pros
Theme days, strong management support
Cons
Micro managed in certain positions

This is a very disrespectful place to work

Managers can kick you out any second, you MUST like them. for you to keep your job have to act summisive and they treat employees in a very unprofessional way, basically like high school and like you owe them something.
Horrible and they can just kick you out like you are not a human being. You will not feel comfortable, they bring people in, and next day they tell you to go.
Pros
schedule
Cons
dont stop working, and unfair treatment

The company has potential. However, management is very subjective. If they (or one of them) feel intimidated by you. (potential employee) They. SHE/HE will try to get rid of you ASAP. They find any excuse to kick you out, they don't care about your work ethics or as a human being with financial responsibilities. If you make one upset you are OUT. basically, you must put your face down, so unfortunate, because the company can have great potential of growth, but with this type of management I don't think so. They are VERY unprofessional. They do not speak respectfully to others, they make you feel they are doing a favor to you.

Very stressful. No recognition or fairness from management.
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  Sunrise, FLFebruary 27, 2017
No advancement from within. No schedule flexibility. They have their favorites, unequal treatment. The pay is about half of what is claimed on this post. $40,000 yr. Ha, ha ...maybe for the managers.
Pros
A job to feed your family.
Cons
They don't care about you.

Just did not like how they treated me or fellow coworkers. It was a very stressful work place. I just felt that they could handle their employees much better.
