If you are on Salary, expect to work 55-60 hours to get your job half way done. There is no such thing of being able to work 40-45 hours and go home. If you do, you will always be overwhelmed. I go in on some weekends and stay most nights and I am still not caught up. I know lots of hourly people who don't clock in or who clock out and still have lots of work to do
