They don’t give raises because the turnover is so high they don’t have to give raises. No one makes it a year. They lose a lot of good people that just get fed up and leave.

In 15yrs have had 2 raises. No benefits, lowest paid facility around, health insurance very expensive and only ED & DON can add spouse to plan.

Been with consulate over 2 years and have NEVER received a raise or a bonus. The DON tried to get us a raise and they denied the request. Looks like it's time to move on.
