It's a nice mix of independent and team work. I never felt like I was being micromanaged and everyone gets along pretty well. There are also times where we have to do group projects which is always fun because you get to interact with coworkers from different areas that you normally wouldn't work with.

Well they took 10 cents off of our pay and have not reinstated that yet. They keep you below 30 hours so they don't have to pay insurance and other things.

Yes, but they keep you right under the hours so you have a hard time getting benefits, Usually 2 or 3 clients would get you in that bracket.

If I missed a day due to being sick I lost pay, I could not really afford to get sick, I could not be around my clients if I were sick so very rarely or if I was way to sick to work I lost money.
