It's a nice mix of independent and team work. I never felt like I was being micromanaged and everyone gets along pretty well. There are also times where we have to do group projects which is always fun because you get to interact with coworkers from different areas that you normally wouldn't work with.

It honestly depends on what department you are in. The company as a whole promotes a positive work environment, but there are obviously certain departments that are more "cliquey" than others. There are basically 4 broad classifications of working here:
1.) Working at HQ in Missoula, MT
2.) Working in a Program Office in various states.
3.) Working from home (supporting either a program office or HQ)
4.) The "Boots on the ground" The ones caring for our clients <------ The real unsung heroes of our company.
In home each case is different but the office staff are hostile towards caregivers.
Taking care of patients at home that need care.
