Not at all secure due to more agency's offering support services for individuals that receive funding for program. Individuals want to stay with their current MCO's and don't want to contiue to change. Also turn over rate is high and clients don't like that! You certainly will be made aware of it the day you contact anyone on caseload. "another new person" what happen to...?",

About 2 weeks. You submit your resume and then they interview you. My interview was pretty quick after I submitted my resume and then I received a call back a few days later for a second interview and then 1 day later I was sent an offer letter .I think it took me 2 weeks because I wanted to give my other job 2 weeks notice.
