The entire interview and training process is a joke. They have you watch a video on food safety and fraud prevention. They tell you nothing about clients you are going to be working with. If the schedulers do not like you, you will not get hours, no matter how hard of a worker you are. Listen to all the negative reviews, and stay far away from this company, it is simply not worth the hassle.

You have to receive training to get your cpre and first aide. You have to be certified to work for the company. Its very important to know if in case of an emergency.
