Christian Family Company that cares about thier people and customers

CTC is a family owned company that treats employees as family as well. They have strong Christian virtues and believe in doing the right thing for employees and customers. The work can be dirty, hot, and tiring but rewarding when you have a team that works along side you.

The culture is so inclusive and welcoming

This job encourages my creativity and at times challenges me. Both of which I LOVE! CTC gives people a chance based on the person and their abilities. CTC is the first place I've worked at where everyone seems to love working for the company. The environment is laid back but yet productive. The perfect combination.

All positions are easy if you pay attention to what you are doing. I liked that i was able to do every positioned i was asked to do.

Current supervisor is more understanding with employees. Plus she has no favorites and everyone works equally. The only thing is they should up the pay for the hard work done there with limited employees.
