Get new upper management in place. This company used to be the Greatest to work for over the past 2 to 3 years it has really gone down hill, it is really sad.. When you have a happy and appreciated work force they will go over and beyond what is expected of them..even when you try seems lime you get nothing but slapped in the face for caring. When you take the family environment out of the work place and make it more corporatist you completely loose value in both personnel and drivers. I really wish someone would actually look into this we used to be #1 in the industry and I feel like we were looked upon as being that..not anymore
Be honest with the pay. Get better equipment. Don't play favorites with loads. Be honest in recruitment

The advice I would give to the CEO of Container Port is to raise the pay.
