The company need a makeover in management and the HR department. The HR department is a joke, has no clue in what he is doing. To many issues to list.

Very good company
Very good company and you learned something new everyday . As a driver you deliver auto parts like headlights tail lights bumpers hoods and reinforcement And Brackets the company does delivery to collision shops and mechanic shops to . Sometime your route maybe busy or light . Driver load and unload the van. I been with cap Continents auto parts for three years going on four years be honest I don’t have any complaints .sometime you meet Famous people that have there cars at collision shop

Continental Auto Parts is a place where they do care about your issues. HR department is always there for you and if they do not have an answer right away, they make sure they will have one at the end of the day and they will give you a call. PAID TIME OFF: We have Vacation days, Sick days, Bereavement, Over time, Holidays. We also have an employee referral where you can get $150.00 for bringing people in to the door. Drivers and Inside Sales get Commission monthly and we have discounts as employee for auto parts. The Company gives employees paid Sick Time too. BENEFITS: We have Medical, Dental, Vision and Commuter Benefits RAISES: Every employee get an annual review where raises are welcome. This is depends on the job and performance you do. Attendance plays a big part when it comes to your evaluation. I am happy with what I earned. TRAINING: There is always time for training. This s what Continental auto Parts do for its employees. They train them well. They don't let us down. MISCELLANEOUS: 1) They celebrate your Birthday by giving you a Donkin Donuts gift card - your breakfast on your birthday is on the Company. 2) They also have an 'Employee of the Month' program where they give you a gift card and certificate if you get it. 3) Inside Sales have what they call the 'Top Sales' program - whoever sales the most monthly - gets also a gift card. 4) They give its employee a nice Bonus at the end of the year. 5) Right now due to the Pandemic, the Company President is allowing every employee's vacation to be rolled over. PROMOTION: I have seen a few people getting promoted within the Company. MY current supervisor got promoted for being a star in the Company. HOLIDAY: They observe only 6 Holiday throughout the Company.
