Installer, Supervisor (Former Employee) – Columbus, OH – October 17, 2017
It seemed like no one was held accountable for any mistakes as far as management, HR, project management, sales and design. Whenever anything went wrong on a job (which was very often) it always seemed like a blame game rather than trying to find a solution. The Installation team, Move team and Warehouse team are all treated like trash even though none of the companys success would be possible without them. There seems to be zero employee appreciation with very high expectations held by management. Annual raises seem to be subject to personal opinion and grudges of your direct manager and then by theirs. With the expectation to work gruelling hours with zero notification combined with zero appreciation on projects that are poorly managed and with the feeling that you could be put on the chopping block at any moment for any persons mistake I found that the work environment was much more than just stressfull. Not to mention the stress put on you and your family while your manager is sitting at home and you are being forced to work overtime at times with a fear of being terminated if not completed in time. I have a lot more to say but am running out of space in the box provided... Trust me when I say that this is not a happy or pleasant work environment...
I am glad that I am no longer with Continental Office.
Plenty of hours whether you want them or not. (If available). Haha.
Stressful, unfair, poor management, low pay for work performed, terrible work hours, etc.
