A recruiter will call you and give you a vague idea of the company but they're very friendly and will go out of their way to answer any questions
For the interview however, be sure to set out at least an hour and a half for the gauntlet of interviews you'll be doing. Multiple people and lots of "critical thinking" mine was at least 2 hours. After that you will either give you a call the next day or tell you immediately

I would say to give the employee's a chance to have a voice in what happens in the company with as many Engineers as this company has there is a vast amount of knowledge of the telecommunications industry both from Legacy equipment to VOIP and even cloud based technology.
