Training better assign trainers that are actually on the phone and know what they are doing an how to do it i would tell the truth to my employees would be more organized

Higher to capacity and work with the job Force internally to develop and promote from within, have a positive mental attitude at the top instead of a negative one. Train and develop operations managers to drop bad habits from other call centers and develop and cultivate positive behaviors and discipline.

Have once a month Town Hall meetings where everybody is recognized for how good they are in front of the whole call center.
Stop yelling at people as if they are children.
Announce the HR resolution line to everybody don't just post it on the wall and not say anything.
Stop relying only information that is easy to relay and have total transparency on company and business changes.
Make sure the employees have a better voice that is heard recognized and respected.
