Average job. Nothing special. You need to know how to say no, and set limits to survive here. Communication is challenging and miscommunication frequent.

Home care is very accommodating. You can work the days you want, and the work days and hours are flexible. Benefits are little to none, and they don't offer good health insurance or retirement. Also the HR management is not good, and doesn't really get things done.

Working with this company has been a great adventure. There is any type of support you could need from management and they truly care about you. Love working with this company.

Good company when considering being able to work with your personal schedule. Do not offer good benefits and you accrue PTO at a very slow rate. They are expanding their company so hopefully more suitable openings will come open based on the personal desires of us nurses. They have a hard time finding workers to cover shifts if needed, but you can take time with the understanding that you may return to an overwhelming amount of things needing to be taken care of because your shift was not covered (this of course varies depending on how the patient's family is when having to care without the help of nurses)

The one big pro about this job is the flexibility. You basically get to make your own schedule which is nice. The pay is not great compared to other companies. The families you work with are amazing but management is definitely lacking. Overall it’s a good company.
