Average job. Nothing special. You need to know how to say no, and set limits to survive here. Communication is challenging and miscommunication frequent.

At first, there was some confusion about getting a regular schedule, but once that was established, then things were very smooth. My supervisor is very easy to get along with, and the office staff are equally excellent. Private-duty pediatric nursing isn't a high-paying job, but it's certainly enjoyable and the stress-level is very manageable. The hiring process was easy, and we get paid weekly.

Not a good place if you are looking for advancement. Will keep your PTO if you leave. I had 10 days that they kept. I saw 7 staff members replaced on the couple of years I was there.
