For the first time ever, I dread it. Morale in child welfare is extremely low. Staff retention is extremely low. Most people that I've spoken to are either looking for other jobs or trying to decide if they can hold out a little longer for retirement.

Not good at all. I'm a Clerk and a lot of Clerk's are treated like they are second class to anyone else above them. Also, Clerks are given so much work to.do for such little pay. I'm looking for something else better and hope to leave CCC asap.
