CTS does a great job selling drivers on working for them; however, they use their Pay For Performance as leverage against drivers. Yes, you have a fair shot at hitting quarterly bonuses, but only if you do everything perfect. Managers are "smooth talkers" who will soft push you on dispatch and threaten your PFP if you refuse.
