Contractor Nation
Contractor Nation Project Manager Review
Unprofessional and distracted
Project Manager (Former Employee) - Seymour, CT - September 10, 2021
The employees of this company are nice when you first meet them. However my several encounters with them were highlighted by them staring over my shoulder during the interview process that took place in a glass office, as if he was more interested in what was going on behind me... and being "sent" several confirmation emails that never arrived and I had to reach out several times to ask for the actual interview location. Also, as you tour the facilities, workers stare at you but do not smile at all. The question I asked myself later was, "Am I being paraded around this office to remind workers they are replaceable?" Some rooms are extremely dark and unsettling.

Always feeling like an outsider
Account Manager (Former Employee) - Seymour, CT - June 2, 2023
Great company for fake impressions. During interviews you think this is a great company but once you start working you see how it is “All things Clique-Y”. There are those who are well received into the existing employees and those who are shunned. Work isn’t particularly difficult but the work environment is passive aggressive toxic.
Pros
Clean facility
Cons
Filled with fake people

Get used to being uncomfortable
Office Staff (Former Employee) - Seymour, CT - October 26, 2022
The vibe of the company is that of a cult. If you participate in the propaganda, you will be treated with favor. If you don't, you will be mistreated until you quit. Not a very welcoming bunch. Pay attention on the employees as you walk through the campus for a tour. Either they are on edge, or act like they own the place. As hard as they advertise good culture, once you spend time working there, you will see it's a façade. Not recommended.

Nice work but not the pay.
Shipping and Receiving (Former Employee) - Seymour, CT - June 23, 2022
As I said, it's nice work but I've spent years here with no increase in pay in years. That's what really made me decide to look else where and push myself further.
