Stop lying to get them to work for you; don't lie to the unemployment agency just to avoid paying unemployment benefits; be consistent in your rules and expectations; don't call your employees liars when they call you out on your failings. Actually, Convergys can't prevent anyone from leaving. Their Pueblo branch has a 70% turnover rate because they're so inept and dishonest.

It takes literally less than a day. They will accept ANYBODY into the program. After 5 weeks of training with 20 - 22 people, only about 3 people actually stay.

The schedule bids are all over the place. You have to plan everything including school around what schedule they give you. Although they say they will work with your schedule, that means that you have to take points for not being there when they schedule you. You can only plan 2 weeks at a time since they make the schedule every 2 weeks and your schedule can change from week to week even with a schedule bid.

I applied online. The next day they emailed me to do a video interview and assessment test. They then emailed me to setup an interview. My interview was 2 days later. I went in and did the typing test, had interview and did a mock call. A couple hours later I got an email saying I got the job. They then emailed me a bunch of stuff to fill out and sign. The next day I took my drug test.
