The schedule bids are all over the place. You have to plan everything including school around what schedule they give you. Although they say they will work with your schedule, that means that you have to take points for not being there when they schedule you. You can only plan 2 weeks at a time since they make the schedule every 2 weeks and your schedule can change from week to week even with a schedule bid.

The job I will be training for is from Monday to Friday only (no Saturday or Sundays) & anytime from 6 am to 6 pm with 2 days off (can vary each week) & I will be working between 30 to 40 hours each week.

If you need time off you must apply in a time window, not too early or not to late. TL's do try to accommodate requests such as changing your day off or switching days off with another employee. Then during the slow period management begs you to go home without pay.
