I applied Thursday. I got the email to come in for an interview the Friday before Memorial Weekend and Wednesday went in for an interview but before I qualified I had to do am typing test which required I think a 25 wpm which was pretty easy I had 43wpm then the receptionist asked me to wait until the lady interviewed me. I got the offer. Did the paper work online then took my Bagde photo. After gave the receptionist my two forms of ID and was told to wait for the Finger Printing Email to schedule that. And maybe 20 days later got the email saying I’m in the clear and I officially will be starting June 26th. 😊
What is the pay rate? & is 3rd shift available?
They hire almost immediately but you have to wait on the training class es, it takes 6 weeks for training then your ready to be on the phones alone.
I applied at 1am, got a call at 1pm. Interviewed the next day.
If you apply, you're hired. They hire everybody. If you pass training, you have a job.

It took me 2 days. I applied, heard back a half hour later, and had an interview the next morning. They offered me the job at the end of the interview.

If you are considered to be hired an email will be sent out to you to come in for a a typing test. After the test you interview with one of the hr specialist and they tell you when orientation will begin. This took me 1 day
