Better pay is high on the list to keep employees. Make the conditions better for employees, cleanliness. A sanitized cloth once a week when you share desks, chairs, computers and headsets are not enough. I never worked where everyone shares headsets. This is gross and unsanitary. When one gets sick, many get sick.

Raise pay for ACBS especially in Jacksonville nc to at least 14.50, offer part time and flexible full time shifts early mornings 8-3, mid day 10-5, evenings 1-8, insurance should be available immediately after training instead of 90 days

I think it's time to clean house in erlanger ky that place is an absolute joke. From their training all the way to management. I've been lied to and misled. Avoid this place everyone. Never in my life have I struggled so much to go to work and make it they the shift. Now I know why they almost lost the program I'm in. Terrible work place culture.

Stop playing favorites and give the slower learner more time to learn. Also stop treating employee's like they are in boot camp. I know management has to deal with a lot of young kids working there but they should also respect the older ones who might be slower tech wise. They need to choose older team leaders instead of the younger kids who have ego problems. I'm sure this is possible with the amount of employees they have within the company.

Better pay, offer raises and more flexible schedules, make it easier to get time off, eliminate the rigid structure snd micro-managsnd. Offer more advancement opportunities. Provide information about other projects and open positions. Treat employees like humans not machines

When you jump starting pay, move the increase up to include your tenured staff and managers too.

Don't waist your time unless you want to work for $10 an hour answering customer complaint calls. And if you do happen to sell something, you will have to wait until the the last week of the following month to get paid on your sales. Who holds commissions this long? Convergys holds YOUR commission that long.

Just stop being so misleading. They advertise a "sales job" for $10 an hour plus "bonuses ". They make it sound like it's gonna be about sales. It's not. It's about 95% customer support/service, 3% tech support and 2% sales. It's near impossible to focus on selling a customer any product when they are calling in to complain about their AT&T wireless bill. Oh and if you do sell something, you get paid on it the last week of the following month. Such a joke.
