Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Palm Beach County, FL – January 17, 2019
This place ONLY cares about numbers . Don't get caught up in this place there is no room to grow and your opinion is not valued. Management is a puppet show whith no real people. You get lied to and expected to give up lunch time and your free time at there convince and your time. Find another place that values you not the number.
Extremely poor culture and lack of real leadership
Consultant - Telecom Tower Lead / Program Manager (Current Employee) – Miami, FL – November 12, 2018
Very little support for employees and leverage talent of people. Only politics and perception of leadership is important. The good employees are not embraced for support and input and growth but rather used in a way to surpress autonomy and contribution to overall success.
Good people at the actual healthcare facilities
Everything is driven by politics of Humana, telling Conviva how to do things, with Humana people.
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Miami, FL – September 12, 2018
The providers do not respect you, management gives you more and more work, the office is a mess, I would not recommend to anybody. People that barely know English work there and have high positions with little education. The employees do not treat the patients like humans.
1 hour lunch
Horrible management, no raises, under paid, no respect
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) – Pines, Fl. – August 31, 2018
The manager in the pines area, you can hardly understand. She never knows anything that is going on. She favorites alot of people and they get away with alot. The people she really doesnt care for, she won't do anything for. She didnt like one of the main drs, so she really didnt like to do any for him. Theres always bad reviews about this place. Everyone, including management talaks avout people and make fun of pts. They make it seem great in the beginning, but then you'll start to notice things are not right, when the pts constantly say " no one ever lasts here, i always see a new face ." That should've gave me a clue. Save yourself the hassle. Other places do better and gives raises.
CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (Current Employee) – Texas – August 10, 2018
Bad upper management and office management. No team work and constant drama. Also people in positions that shouldn’t be. This company took over the company that was in place and did a horrible job of it.
Small company mentality, lack of knowledge at managerial level
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Florida – July 29, 2018
Decisions are inconsistent. Everyone is related. Individuals who are not, are not treated fairly. High risk. Not progressive. Not dynamic. You will not learn anything new, they won't let you share your knowledge ether. This job will not add anything to your career. Waste of time. Run.
The experience did not add anything new to my career path.
