Working in my dept is very stressful... people are dropping like flies because of management who don't know and has never done our job and don't care about all their employees only afew

Toxic. Incivility is the norm unless you are completely a “yes-man” to the status quo—even when it is unethical or flies in the face of the Nurse Practice Act. If you bring up a problem, you are told YOU need to figure out how to better work with people. And don’t ever complain to HR. NOTHING is held in confidence. Beware—There is no such thing as “Anonymous” responses to anything. Always watch your back. Do Not Reveal anything of a personal nature that can potentially be used against you. Remember—No one is your friend when it comes to “them or you”.

Very short staffed and when people leave they don't replace them, and give the remaining employees MORE work with no appreciation
