I interviewed today at Cook Out. i was applying for Manager in training. I had to interview with a guy from corporate. Guy was down to earth . A short simple interview. I submitted my resume online through a app call Job Recuiter. Was asked through email if I could interview.
The questions asked was about my management style, why I wanted to work for Cook Out, what qualities/experiences I brought to the table and if I had any questions. I would know within 5 days to hear something back. Also I would be relocated becuase my family member worked there as well. Salary was discussed. I think the pay is pretty good and enough to get by on.

RUN. The interview process for me was short and sweet BUT they lie to get you and once you start to work for them the truth about this company comes out.

I went to my 1st job interview for cookout in Florence SC today. The interview was brief! There were a total of 6 people at the job interview.
The interviewer asked why I choose to apply at cookout. How do I handle stress, do I start yelling at people when stressed. How would I describe my management style.
