What would you suggest Copart, Inc management do to prevent others from leaving?
Management could begin with individual assessment, and guide and coach the employee to improvement. Have staff meetings. Make them feel a part of a team.
The answer is, it depends on the Felony. Be honest during the interview process. That might not be enough. If you get rejected because of the background check they wont tell you what the reason was.
10 1/2 to 11 hrours this is counting three 15 minute breaks and half hour for lunch. Sometimes only took two 15 minute breaks and 1 hour for lunch .
Don’t settle for the pay rate. The amount of work given to you is not worth the pay. If you’re looking to excel and move up within the company, be prepared to move to a different state. They always promise progression and room for growth but it is very rare unless you are able to move to a different state.
No flexibility unless you have the time to take off. We spent 8 months on 12 hour days and 8 hour Saturdays. If you don't have a family and like to work all the time it would have worked for you.
I was hired on spot and was drug tested that same day. They have a mouth swab ready. So be prepared. My manager advised me if that came back negative that I had the option of going to a testing site.
