Management should be in unison with each other when giving direction. One manager comes to tell you one thing and you do it then another manager comes and changes everything. No one likes to be treated like a yo-yo. They need to follow there on rules

Better pay and benefits. Copart make bank just off of the gate fee but gives it employees pennies.
