Copart is also the parent company to a portfolio of auto service companies, including CashForCars.com, CrashedToys, and National Powersport Auctions.

Copart has a diverse and extensive inventory of nearly 125,000 vehicles available online every day, including early and late model cars, classics, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, jet-skis, snowmobiles and RVs. Vehicles conditions range from damaged cars that can be used as project vehicles for repair and automotive enthusiasts to non-damaged vehicles that need nothing more than a turn-of-a-key.

Because Copart is an online auction, Copart Members can browse inventory, set their own price and get great deals. If you are the highest bidder in the auction, you win the auction! And winning is awesome! Also, Members can shop our incredible inventory and find exactly what they need from their home computer, smartphone or other mobile device.

Copart is a veteran-founded company that celebrates veterans, active, reserve duty, and state guard soldiers at all levels. Along with awards, skills training programs and other benefits, Copart also offers two weeks of paid leave for non-activation orders such as training.

The raises are not very good. You get a raise each year. You do get a raise when moving departments. Training is very minimum. It’s a very busy job and you need to be able to multitask.

The job isn’t what it’s made out to be. The company cares more about the dollar they make than the employees they need. If you want to be unappreciated and taken advantage of then Copart is for you.

Staff was very supportive in my development. As a whole the company is very male dominant and you don't see much representation of females because of the industry.

I’ve worked for this company for many years. I loved my job at first, but then it went downhill. Management does not come to you for anything unless it’s negative. If you’re not reaching your goals, you’ll know quickly. But if you go above and beyond it goes unnoticed. Every yard is different, though. If you go to a yard with great management, it could be a great job. Healthcare coverage, 401k, stock shares, etc.
