After you have worked a year, you get 10 paid vacation days. Every 2.5 months, you get 1 day of sick leave. After a year of working at COPS, you will have accumulated 5 sick days, and 10 paid vacation days.

PTO was altogether, we received 15 days PTO was equivalent to 10 vacation days (up to 5 years of service) and 5 sick days.
